Noah Yang, born in Seoul, South Korea, began his creative journey by designing and selling hand-crafted fingerboards in 2020—an early venture that shaped his understanding of craft, community, and entrepreneurship.

He later studied Social Sciences at the University of Ottawa, focusing on psychology, political science, and sociology. His academic training deepened his interest in how individuals, institutions, and cultures construct meaning.

In 2024, he founded WeOuri as an editorial platform exploring design, philosophy, and creative practice. Guided by the belief that people value care before expertise, his work centers on clarity, context, and building ideas that endure.
